The minimum order value is Rs. 3 Lacs or USD 3,000. Prototype and sample orders are accepted below this threshold.

Yes. SSR Metals is registered on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) and supplies to Indian government departments including defence and railways.

Yes. We encourage clients to place a sample or prototype order to verify quality and fit before committing to bulk production.

Standard terms are 50% advance on order confirmation and 50% prior to dispatch. Extended credit terms are available for established repeat customers.

Yes. SSR Metals accepts formal purchase orders from companies, institutions, and government bodies.

Yes. If technical drawings are not available, we can work from a physical sample. Drawings are accepted in PDF, DXF, DWG, or STEP format. DFM guidance is available.

Yes, material test certificates are available on request.

Products are packaged in bubble wrap, corrugated boxes, wooden crates, or as per the client's specific packaging preference to ensure safe transit.
